Why don’t I just use a real estate agent?
Real estate agents work for the vendor—not the buyer. They’re legally and financially obligated to secure the highest price for the seller, which directly conflicts with what most buyers are trying to achieve. No matter how helpful they seem, sales agents are skilled negotiators whose loyalty lies with the vendor. In contrast, a qualified buyer’s agent acts exclusively for you—providing objective advice, negotiating in your best interests, and giving you peace of mind throughout the process.
How long does it take to secure a property?
Timeframes vary based on the brief and market conditions, but most clients secure a property within two weeks to four months, with the average being around two months. Patience is sometimes required to secure the right asset—fewer than 5% of properties in Australia meet our criteria for A-grade investments, and we won’t compromise on quality.
Where do you buy property?
We provide on-the-ground property buying services across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and the Gold Coast in Queensland, as well as the Central Coast and Newcastle regions in New South Wales.
