We adopt a fee for service model and believe in a transparent, flat fee structure.
Fees are agreed upfront at the commencement of an engagement.
Other buyer’s agents may charge a fee as a percentage of the purchase price however we prefer a fixed fee model. For clarity, the fee remains the same irrespective of the final purchase price, emphasising our independence throughout the process.
The fee is split between an engagement and a success portion.
The engagement portion (or retainer) is due at the commencement of the engagement.
The remaining success fee (balance) only becomes due upon successful purchase.
